THE FULBRIGHT ASSOCIATION-Chicago Chapter and the Institute of International Education (IIE) invite you, your family, colleagues, and friends to attend our 2019 Fall Welcome. This year we are highlighting Chicago’s vibrant Chinatown neighborhood! Our Fall Welcome has two parts: A luncheon and a guided tour.

DATE  Sunday, September 29th, 2019


TIME  1:00-2:30p.m. Lunch
LOCATION MingHin Cuisine Chinatown, 2168 S. Archer, Chicago, IL
*Group will then walk to cultural activity


TIME 3-5p.m. Guided Tour
LOCATION Chinese American Museum of Chicago,  238 W. 23rd St., Chicago, IL

The purpose of this event is to welcome the visiting students and scholars who have recently arrived to Chicago for their Fulbright. The gathering provides an opportunity for Fulbright Association members of the Chicago Chapter to welcome and engage our guests, and for visiting Fulbrighters and alumni to affirm friendships as well as academic and professional connections.

COST This event is FREE for current visiting Fulbright Students and Scholars and members of the consular corps.
The cost for guests, family members, Fulbright Association members and Fulbright Alumni is $15 per person.
